I am just starting on this journey please pray this is my answer to a healthier life style . I have struggled with this all my life . It is a lot of information to take in too .

Lord, we are praying for Tonia. She really desire to live a life pleasing to you. We believe we are just steward of everything we are and everything we have. All this is from You and for You. Help her, Lord, in challenges that she face everyday. Guide her and lead her in every decision she make and strengthen her and give her wisdom. May she continue to live a healthier lifestyle.
