You may use up to 50 calories of anything as a condiment but the best condiments and those we consider Shibboleth approved will follow the 5/2/and few rule, which is no more than 5 grams of sugar, no more than 2 grams of fat and use as little as possible to get the flavor you are after. Never use more than 50 calories in total condiments per serving per meal. 0 calorie condiments are best.
