please say a prayer for me. I am on day two and i know this is supposed to be very simple, and probably is for most people. Unfortunately i struggle with over thinking/analyzing everything. So honestly, i am getting overwhelmed/frustrated with meal planning. I know this is silly because it is very black and white, i just need to overcome me. Where i am weak, God is made strong. thank you for the time.

PRAY FOR THIS PERSON

I want to thank all of you who have prayed for me. I WAS ABLE TO OVERCOME THROUGH/BY JESUS CHRIST, WONDERFUL SUPPORT FROM A GREAT HUSBAND AND THE SHIBBOLETH FAMILY! I began the nutritional portion, eating program approved on Sunday, May 24th. I weighed in 7 days later Sunday May 31st.....I have lost 15.5 lbs! Hallelujah to the Lamb! and thanks,blessings and love to the Shibboleth family!

I think listening to and taking notes on several of the videos help take some of the threat out of it, also, meal plan & meal prep all at the same time, it allows you to knock it out all at one time and allows for less think time ;)

Sasha, thank you soo very much for your support and kindness! The day has gotten better, i just need to chill out. lol

Praying for you. Take your time and learn this at your pace. Start with one meal at a time. We are here to help you so please reach out. We have all been "new" at this and it is not a simple task to overcome a lifetime of habits. Give yourself some grace to make mistakes but keep moving forward. We are with you :)
