Tonya, I am right there with you. I had to renew my subscription because I went a whole year just dabblin' with it. This past year has aged me by ten! So, for my future ME, and my future hubby, we are digging into it this time. Still a slow start, we we HAVE begun our journey towards a brighter future. We are not small people and our goal weights SOUND unreachable. But, now we have a plan. God bless you as you gain more knowledge and understanding as you study the food guidelines.
