Such a great story! Cindy is truly a source of inspiration as a someone who joined a while back but is just getting started now. Two statement she made really stuck out, that being that before "she was simply existing" (which is exactly how I'm feeling right now!) and now she is living! And when she said " you have to be married to the lifestyle, you can't just date it!" :) I'm anxious about beginning my journey with so many failures at weight loss in my past but definitely more encouraged after watching Cindy's story. Thank you for sharing it!
