I have to admit, I have started thinking 21 days is a long time, but I am determined to do it.

It has been a busy week and I have eaten a lot of MMs. I am out of them now. That is ok with me for a bit.

I’m doing MM WOW day today because I accidentally marked one as yesterday. I’ve eaten so many mighty muffins lately that I can’t remember when I’ve eaten them. So to keep the info accurate, this is what I am doing today.

When you aren't eating junk food, whole food tastes so good.

I’ve been eating a lot of mighty muffins and felt like they might be preventing me from being as regular as I like to be so I had something different for breakfast. I had egg whites with fat free cheese on a 100 cal English muffin, After I made it, I almost felt like it was too much food. I think I could just do half the muffin and make the box of muffins last twice as long. At lunch, I was at a luncheon for the West Cobb Business Association. Thankfully, they had chicken and leafy greens so I wiped off all of the topping on the chicken and had that along with the greens and bell peppers that I had on my 21 day list. I’ve had a very busy day and was really ready to eat by the time I got home. In fact, I was getting annoyed that I was even doing this plan and thought why am I doing this and this is just going to be too much to keep up with. I made a mighty muffin because it was quick and I knew it would taste good and fill the need for a nice flavor in my mouth. I still ended up doing my intermittent fasting day and tonight at church I passed up delicious cake at the ladies comedy event. Now, I’m going to bed, and I certainly hope it in the morning I weigh less.

Picture taken at BHBC Women’s ministry event tonight. Thankful for the friends who attended with me.

Today is day 3 of my first 21 day challenge.

I love the Gold membership and learning about IMF, divine days, and more. Today, I am on the 21 day challenge doing a MM WOW challenge and an IMF day. So fun!

By the time dinner came around, I was really hungry. I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken cooked in MCT and green beans. It’s funny how you can enjoy a healthy tasting food so much more when you are really ready to eat.

I wanted to get my walking in today as well, but I have been working today and I have AWANA at church tonight. Who knows? I may go to the park to walk after church or walk in my neighborhood. I like all of the badges and symbols that can go on my charts and progress page. I WANT ALL THE SYMBOLS!

It's day 2 of my first 21 day challenge.

This morning I had a Pumpkin Spice MM. Yummy! I make it into pancakes and nibble rather than bite to make it last longer. Then I was off to the City of Kennesaw Council Chambers for Wake Up KBA! It was a nice time and they had a yummy breakfast of Chick-fil-a. I passed it up no problem. For lunch, I had a 1 on 1 with Vickey Clegg of Red Door accounting. We ate at Panera and had scheduled this lunch last week before I knew anything about the 21 day challenge. When I was picking my food for the 21 day challenge, I purposely added chicken and leafy green vegetables so I could have my Caesar salad there. I ordered the salad without croutons, dressing, and grated parmesan cheese.

After lunch, I flew the drone for a prospective client then I worked and picked up kids from school. By the time I picked the kids up from school, I was so hungry. In fact hungrier than I think I have been on the lifestyle so far. In fact, was getting annoyed that I couldn’t just sit down, relax, and eat something yummy. Of course, I chose not to do that because I am very competitive and don't want to start the 21 day challenge over again. Because I didn’t give in, my dinner was so good. It’s now less than an hour after dinner and my stomach is really growling. Still not going to give in, but, boy, am I still hungry. I’m sure my body will get used to it though.

I watched a few videos on IMF today and think this is a good idea for me daily. I don't like to eat late and somehow don't have a huge problem not eating at night.

I really enjoy the website and lifestyle that Travis has set up. I am so glad he is a real person telling it like it is and makes this really fun.

Looking forward to day 3 tomorrow!

I have only been on the program for 11 days. I have had 9 perfect days and lost 9 pounds. I was very happy about that. I even fit into some pants that I had stopped wearing. It has just been Easter weekend. I took two holidays which I enjoyed but realized that one plate of my favorites would have been enough at Easter lunch. I am excited to start the 21 days challenge. I am competitive and love a challenge. What made me really happy is the tracker sheet that Travis gave us. I love to track goals on a printed sheet that I can write on and hold in my hand. As I was reading the rules, the two I need to remember to do are
1. Post the weekly timing chart in the group daily.
2. Blog daily.
I am starting my day off with a MM and will take MMs with me to my luncheon today.

I started the program wanting to lose 35 pounds. I have already lost 9. If I lose 21 during the challenge, I will only have 5 to my goal weight. Then I can learn how to maintain.

One reason I am loving this program already is this website and all of the interaction being members. This is truly a great program.

Happy to do it not hacked to do it.
