It's day 2 of my first 21 day challenge.
This morning I had a Pumpkin Spice MM. Yummy! I make it into pancakes and nibble rather than bite to make it last longer. Then I was off to the City of Kennesaw Council Chambers for Wake Up KBA! It was a nice time and they had a yummy breakfast of Chick-fil-a. I passed it up no problem. For lunch, I had a 1 on 1 with Vickey Clegg of Red Door accounting. We ate at Panera and had scheduled this lunch last week before I knew anything about the 21 day challenge. When I was picking my food for the 21 day challenge, I purposely added chicken and leafy green vegetables so I could have my Caesar salad there. I ordered the salad without croutons, dressing, and grated parmesan cheese.
After lunch, I flew the drone for a prospective client then I worked and picked up kids from school. By the time I picked the kids up from school, I was so hungry. In fact hungrier than I think I have been on the lifestyle so far. In fact, was getting annoyed that I couldn’t just sit down, relax, and eat something yummy. Of course, I chose not to do that because I am very competitive and don't want to start the 21 day challenge over again. Because I didn’t give in, my dinner was so good. It’s now less than an hour after dinner and my stomach is really growling. Still not going to give in, but, boy, am I still hungry. I’m sure my body will get used to it though.
I watched a few videos on IMF today and think this is a good idea for me daily. I don't like to eat late and somehow don't have a huge problem not eating at night.
I really enjoy the website and lifestyle that Travis has set up. I am so glad he is a real person telling it like it is and makes this really fun.
Looking forward to day 3 tomorrow!
