Today's recipe is another delicious one and is a Shibboleth category 1 Lean Protein + category 2 Fibrous Carb + category 2+3 Complex Carb with approved condiments.
Here we are combining lean proteins and fibers with quinoa so we can avoid a ride on the fat bus. By slowing down the digestion of the quinoa, we are more able to control insulin levels (growth hormone). We are also getting that great rice-like substitute.....quinoa!
