Luke 9:62 ~ Jesus said to him, “No one, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.”
If the Kingdom of God is a peaceful place……
No one living this life lives it without making mistakes. Living in those past mistakes removes peace from the soul. You don’t have to live that way. We are the only living creature that pays for the same mistake over and over again. Every other living creature pays for its mistakes once and only once. Humans remind themselves and others of the same mistake over and over again. Our Heavenly Father doesn’t do this at all. So why do we insist on making each other pay for the same mistake over and over again?
Stop looking back and holding on to your past mistakes. As well, when people remind you of your past, recognize that this is the spirit of satan who desires to be a stumbling block to your peaceful walk in the Lord. When reminded of your past shortcomings, tell satan to get behind you and then remind him of his past, present and future. It’s not a good outlook for him. It’s called the Abyss.
You have an inheritance that is incorruptible, undefiled and fades not away reserved for you because of your belief in the only begotten Son of God; Jesus.
Stop looking back. Go into the little vineyard and go to work for Jesus.
Peace is yours.
Salvation is yours.
Happiness is yours.
Joy is yours.
Providence is yours.
It’s all yours because Christ died for you. Christ got up out of the grave for you. Christ is your living sacrifice and makes peace between you and God possible. All of your mistakes were nailed to that cross and have been thrown into the sea of forgiveness and have been forgotten by God.
Isn’t it time you forget your past failings too and walk in the newness of life?
Let go of your judgements. Stop playing the judgement game that so many are playing these days.
Accept love.
Fear God. Respect God. Keep Jesus commandments.
Fear the Abyss.
Nothingness awaits those whose name isn’t written in the lamb’s book of life.
Jesus, I ask you to save me, sanctify me, forgive me. There is no other name by which human beings can call upon and be saved. Only your name.
Even the dogs like me need the crumbs from my Masters table.
