Day 2
Joshua 1:9 ~Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

Dismayed means to feel distressed.
Distress means to feel extreme sorrow, anxiety, or pain.
I am commanded to NOT feel distressed.
Don't be dismayed. God is there wherever you go.
God goes before you, with you and also has your back.
There is nothing to fear except fear itself.
