It was a great day. I began my day early. Really early. Got to the gym and worked/sparred with Jay for about an hour and a half. I stuck with the Trinity plan and had three approved hot dogs. Carmen made two we fixed it recipes that looked great but I refused to even taste it. I was very proud of myself for not rationalizing a taste. I think I needed the Trinity Challenge as much as everyone else who is doing it. It really felt good to spend time with God's WORD.
