For the first time I a long time things are starting to look up for me. I've been struggling, spiritually, mentally, and physically. I've been at my current job now for almost 6yrs and I have been telling myself it's time to make a change, take a leap into better opportunities. Well, I started putting in applications and now I have an interview on Monday :) Please pray with me.. I only want to do what's in God's plan for me. I felt that I needed this program to help me physically, but it's also helping me spiritually!! I am so overwhelmed with the love and support that you all have shown me over the past week. It's amazing how I have never personally met any of you, but I feel at "home" when I log on to the fb pg or enter the class chat room. Listening to Travis has been such an inspiration to me. Not only that he is sharing his knowledge, but the way he uses his words, he's hit home, actually made a break through that made me realize that I'm stronger than I ever thought I was. I see now that God has been dealing with me and for the first time in a long time, I'm paying attention. I feel so much joy right now, it's hard to use words to describe. Thank You all so much!!
Isn't GOD wonderful. I also have had some of the fog lifted from my mind through this program when I have put JESUS first everyday. What a Blessing. HE will continue to show you the way as you put JESUS first. HE loves you so much and wants HIS best for you. God Bless You.
I can relate to your post. I pray that God gives you the clarity of mind and heart needed to know His good, pleasing, and perfect will and the desire to follow through in obedience to what He calls you to do. May God give you confidence, boldness, and peace throughout the interview.

Hello fellow brothers and sister. I have been having bad car problems as of late and am going to have it looked at fri, however these car issues have caused my car to die on me while driving it and make me scared to drive, however i can not miss work or even be more than 6 minuets late clocking in to my work attendance policy and due to me being out with the flu earlier this year i have several points on my attendance and i warned work of my car troubles and was simply told that if im late im terminated. So please pray that I will be able to get to work, till i can get my car looked at, safely and on time and also that my car repair costs will be affordable. I really dont want to lose my nursing job.
JESUS knows of your troubles and HE will provide what ever it is that you will need. HE may even have a better job for you, who knows. He is the BEST. Keep HIM with you as you walk/ride through the day. God Bless You.

I just got word that both of my mother's surviving siblings have been hospitalized and are not in good health. She has a brother and a sister living near Omaha, Nebraska that are both in their eighties and this winter has been very hard on both of them. My mother died when she was only 36 ( I was eleven ). Growing up without my mom brought me very close to my Aunt Delores and my Uncle Gale ....they are very dear to me. Please send up healing prayers that they will regain their health and be able to return home soon.
jillvest, you are so blessed to have had them in your life, and I know how hard it is to see/hear of their illness and yet GOD is in control and please remember we all will have to go and be with JESUS. My prayer for you is that you can see GOD'S plan and accept HIS will. Keep in touch with your Aunt and Uncle as much as possible. These are special moments. God Bess You. Do Not Lose Faith!!!!

I'm asking for prayers for myself. I have always struggled with a weight problem and over the years i have not dedicated myself to this life style like i desire to do. I try and do good for a week or two and then I feel defeated and give up. All the while I continue to gain more and more weight. There is no doubt that I am a very blessed person but some days I feel so useless. Please pray I can get my heart and mind together and change my ways! Thank each and every one in advance for the prayers!!
God Bless You dear child of God. Jesus died so we would have VICTORY over our sin (Gluttony), which we ALL struggle with. I know your struggle as I have the same struggle. Surrender is hard, yet Jesus is there waiting for me/you to surrender our meals to HIM. One meal at a time. HE wants me/you to have victory even though I/you do not feel like I/you deserve it. You/I do deserve it because HE DIED for you/me. HE SUFFERED in our place so we could have HIS grace, love, mighty power to conquer my/your sinful nature. HE WANTS ME/YOU TO BE SUCCESSFUL. Just ONE meal at a time!!!! God Bless You dear.
We that know the Lord all live by his Grace each day. He loves you and wants you to love yourself enough to discipline yourself. You can do this, it is not rocket science. Be careful that you are not sabotaging yourself. I did this for several weeks when trying to recommit to the program myself. I can so empathize with the feelings you said about being a blessed person. I am also. Realize your worth. One day at a time. Keep your focus on God. Keep him with you, in your thoughts, etc. throughout the day. I recommend listening to the word through a cd. Let it permeate your heart.

Please pray for my daughter she is going through a divorce and they go to court on Tuesday, prayers that the custody issue is resolved in her favor, and they can come to an agreement on the financial arrangement. She has been a stay at home mom and the children's rock for the last 9 years. So sad when it all comes down to manipulation over money.

Great-grandson is in the hospital. May have dwarf syndrome and they are doing more testing. He just is not growing as he should for his age, 8 months old. Please pray for GOD'S will be accepted by the family.

Honey, none of us are perfect or will be this side of heaven. I know your struggle, as I am a 'former' perfectionist. Keep your focus on Jesus. Ask HIM to help you focus on HIM and what HE wants you to do. God Bless You. P.S. Reading a good daily devotional will help.

My niece's 14 year old neice by marriage (Emma Redlinger) is need of a miracle. She was accidentally shot In the hear. The neuro team has told her family that she may never wake up from the coma she is now in. Please pray for her healing for Emma. We know that she can be healed by His loving hands. Please also pray for Emma's parents and extended family as they try to deal with this situation. Thank You!!

amandabuckner you are right. I'll join you in prayer for your friend. I can relate. Winter depression is one issue I deal with. When I spend time with JESUS first thing in the morning HE gets me through the day and the depression. Sometimes it is so hard to just think right thoughts and JESUS has everything she needs to help her. JESUS loves her more than anything. HE died for her recovery of depression.
