UPDATE: my sister, Barbara, is home from the hospital. They aren't sure yet, but suspect the diuretic she was on has caused an allergic reaction . Causing the swelling of the trachea. She is off the diuretic and continues to improve. Pray that it heals completely and they can remove the tracheostomy . Also, Pray she accepts help to lose weight. Thank you.

My husband is getting laid off from his funeral director’s job in two weeks. He still has his pastorate but that second job really helps. Please pray that he finds another job.
Hi Lucisu, Has your husband been able to find other employment? We are praying for you all during this time. God knows your need.
Been in your shoes before. My husband was a pastor in Tennessee and had an outside job for a month when he got payed off. My job went from 40hrs to 25hrs a week, and they decided to close the church. We knew God was in control because at the same time all this happened we found out were expecting our first child that the Dr said wouldn't happen without medical help. So I'll be praying.
God always provides and will open even better doors! I pray this in Jesus' name for Lucisu23's husband.

I have strep and UTI since Good Friday! Stayed home. Went to Dr today. Have had Meds since Friday. I got a different kind today.
We have been praying for you and will be sure to lift up this situation to the Lord today.

Extreme prayer request : my sister , Barbara, was hospitalized with the same symptoms she had in August . Altered mental state , low sodium levels , and has been put on a ventilator . They exchanged the trach for one with a balloon to hold it in place for the ventilator . She is currently sedated due to her aggressiveness caused by the brains lack of sodium . She is 100 pounds overweight and sadly hasn’t accepted our lifestyle . The Lord knows I tried :( Praying for answers 🙏 Thank you.
Any update on Barbara? We were praying for her this morning in our Shibboleth prayer time.

My vision has been declining in my right eye. I have been diagnosed with Macular Degeneration and cataracts in both eyes. I will be having cataract surgery Wednesday, March 31st. I am praying the vision in my right eye will clear enough that I will be able to read & drive safely again. Praying the surgery does not make the macular degeneration worsen. I'm thankful for Shibboleth & pray that I can stay on track while dealing with these emotions. I appreciate your prayers.

Just came from the doctor...PRAISE GOD! I CAN SEE! He said my vision is far better than he expected me to have. WE know why, don't we! Praise the Lord for His mighty work in my life! Thank you all for praying for me! Norma

Friend named Mark was injured at work resulting in 3rd and 4th degree burns on 70-80% of his body. He is at Augusta Burn Center. I’m believing God to be everything he needs right when he needs it! Please also pray for his wife and children as they see him through this very difficult time.
Update from Facebook 4/15: "Thank you for praying for my friend, Mark.... with the burns. He is critical but stable. Praise God for continuing to heal his body. He is having multiple surgeries. Please continue to pray for healing, to keep his blood pressure normal and no infection

Prayers for my sister tomorrow . She is meeting with a specialist for her throat . Praying for answers , so she will not need the tracheostomy to breathe in the future.
She hasn’t had any luck with finding a doctor to help. She is currently having withdraw symptoms from being taken off prednisone ( she was on it since October )
