Please pray with me, I am starting my new lifestyle, because I am at a point in my life, where everything is physically against me, my weight, my oxygen level is not staying up where I want it to be , even with wearing oxygen. Which I want to come off of completely. This is much needed and I know I can do it with the help of Jesus and others that will lift me up to him. Thank you so much!
Queenie, thank you so much! God moved for me the night after I posted this here. I had been very swelled and was at the point that I thought I would have to go to the ER. God moved on my body and the water weight I will call it..lol, came off, I know it was the prayers of my friends, and the brother and sisters in Christ here that knocked on the doors of Heaven on my behalf. Thank you all so much!!

Please pray for me to have the strength to overcome my weakness. I started this program a month ago and it started well, but the past two weeks have been difficult with the snacking. I really want to succeed and become a healthier me. I am putting my trust in God to show me the way.

Pray that God intervenes I have been eating in an out of control manner. Refocusing and recentering on God and His truth. Join in prayer with me that I will live from the truth of who I am not the lies of the enemy. I know that God has called me to a healthy life when I live out from that truth my life is at peace. SO thankful for this program that God is using to get me back to a healthy lifestyle. Who the Son sets free is free indeed. Much love Valerie

Please pray that I am able to find peace in taking control of my health. I have struggled with a stressful lifestyle and have relied unhealthy crutches to cope with it. I am asking for the peace and strength the replace unhealthy habits with healthy ones I can be proud of. Praising God for all that He will do!

Prayer please for myself to over come sugar addiction. I joined last November and only today after seeing such great stories from others decided i can do this. I don't want to dishonor God by not caring for my temple.

My ex daughter in law has had issues with the nerve that runs to her brain that controls her balance. She has been unable to work since March and they have tried everything. She needs a touch from God. They will let her go from her job if she cannot return on October 18th. Please pray for heaing.
Father God, we understand that You are Jehovah Rhapha, our God who heals and we ask for that healing power to overcome the nerve in this daughter and give her healing. Restore her balance and make her life balanced in her job and in her family.

I am asking for prayer because I need it to lose weight. I have tried losing in the past but with plans that were difficult to maintain for the long haul. I am happy and hopeful to start but I have fears of failure in this area of my life due to past experience. Please pray for me.
Precious Father, I know just what this sister is going through but help her understand that this program will give her all the help she needs to meet and exceed the goals she has for a healthy body and the restoration of Your temple. Fear is a liar and I command fear to leave her and help her to feel instead the love of God that overcomes fear.

I have put on weight recently because of stress from job and husbands health. I just started today. I pray that my husband will get his memory and mind back. He is in a confused state right now. I need prayer for healing of him and patience for me.
Blessed Lord and Father I ask in Jesus' name that Deb's husband be calmed as You heal him and that Deb will be under the umbrella of Your peace and Your comfort as she moves forward. Help her to understand the encouragement You have made available to her and that she will take advantage of it. Be glorified in her life and the life of her husband. We praise You!

I joined this group back in May... and I have not been so much dedicated or following through with the program...sure I lost 10lbs and and kept it off...one thing is I suffer from depression and anxiety and deal with alot from my past...I'm on 2 psych medications and trying to come off...that said I ask for you all to pray for me on this journey of life to lose weight, be a better person and to love myself first. As I will keep you all in my prayers thanks
Father God, in Jesus' Holy Name I ask you to help this sister to realize that you are not the author of confusion but of love and a sound mind. Even as I have claimed this healing I ask it for her as well. We call to you Father and trust You to answer us as You tell us in Your word. You are Good, a stronghold in the day of trouble and You know those who take refuge in You. Show this sister that You are her refuge, her strength and her ever present help in time of trouble.
Trust in the Lord and in All His Might my sister. Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in Him and HE will do it. Give Him glory as you walk and praise His name.
