You are not alone! So many of us struggle with losing and gaining some back! The main thing I have learned since I've been following Travis' Program is when you get knocked down, get right back up! If you fall off the wagon you are only one meal away from being back on the program and only 48 houra from being back in Efficient Fat Burning! One mistake does not doom you, one day does not doom you, just forget the past and move forward each time. Trust me there is nobody out there who is perfect and who never fails! What matters is that you keep trying! I truly understand set backs! My progress line looks like an ekg! lol

Father God, You see the heart and thus the desire of our sister Angie to live a better life; to do what is right for her to live longer. Thank You for bringing her to this path. I pray Father that you will minister to her. Bless her that she may be able to overcome her weakness, and release her from frustration and disappointments. Please give her the courage and strength to be able to pursue the the Shibboleth way of life. Allow her to do this not just for herself but for Your glory. This I pray, in Jesus' name. Amen.

I am in the same boat but thanks be to God I haven't gained all my weight back. I am mad at myself too. I've never totally left the program and have stuck with the things I have learned, but I eat too many sweets and that has added the pounds back on. I am determined to enjoy myself and have perfect days until the end of the month. It truly is amazing how easy it gets and who fantastic I feel physically and mentally. We've got this, Angie. Lord Jesus, you are the giver and source of life. Lord, we want to lift to you this family who had just lost their precious little one. You only Lord can satisfy their hearts and loneliness. Grant them Lord God the peace that passes all understanding. Comfort them Lord as they continue their lives without the child. Help them Lord to trust YOU even if everything seems falling apart. Give them strength Lord God to move on. All this we ask in Jesus' name, Amen.

Precious Lord, we want to lift to you this family who just lost a loved one. Lord, I pray that You would touch their very heart Lord with your comfort. Grant them hope Lord and faith to move on. Give them peace Lord and allow them to feel your big love amidst this dark moment. Let them see the light in this situation. Thank you Lord and we bring You all the glory and praise in Jesus' name, Amen.

Lord, we just want to uphold to you this unspoken request of our dear sister. Whatever it may Lord, I pray that You would give that favor Lord according to you will. Thank you Lord that You are our source of all good things. You have the best gifts for your children Lord God and we want to thank you for that. Thank you for your unending love. Thank you for your faithfulness even though sometimes we are not faithful in you. Thank you for everything Lord. We want to bring you back all the glory and praises in Jesus' name, Amen.

You are more than a conqueror in Christ Jesus. The Lord is greater who is in you that satan who is in this world. Do not allow the lies of the enemy to dictate your life. Stand in faith that God will bring you through this. Declare and decree that you will be victorious in this journey. Satan is a LIAR and he can never win in you life. He is defeated 2000 years ago. With God in you, YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Our blessed Father in heaven we come to your presence today with the blood of our Savior Jesus Christ in behalf of our brother Mike's physical condition. You know where to touch him right now and remove every diseases that is trying to destroy his body. We believe that you never change and we claim right now the stripes of our Lord Jesus Christ that He bears in the cross for the complete healing of our brother Mike.Thank you Lord Jesus for your grace and mercy for him and make him a living witness of how great and powerful you are. In Jesus name we claim his perfect healing right now.

Our loving and blessed Father in heaven we come to your presence in behalf of a son and his entire family. We pray that you cover them all with your precious blood, preserve their whole family and put a hedge of protection them around them. Fight for them and be with them always in every circumstances that comes their way. Give them strength and courage to face every trials and stand victorious. Lord Jesus, we thank you for this day. Thank you for your sustaining grace Lord that we make it to this day. You are so awesome! This moment Lord, we just want to uphold to You this small town of Aliceville that was touched down with a tornado. We pray Lord that you would cover each of every person in that place right now Lord also along to the people in rescue. Keep them all safe Lord God, cover them with Your most precious blood. We pray Lord that YOU would cancel all the work and lies of the devils in her life. Grant her that willpower and strength to fight and stand everyday Lord. No work from the enemy shall prosper in each of their lives Lord because greater is YOU who is in them than he that is in this world. Thank you Lord for YOUR victory and that they will live healthier in this lifestyle so they will glorify YOUR holy name. Yes Lord, we bless Your holy name. We lift up to you this sister here along with all our Shibboleth family who is in this journey. We ask for courage and motivation along Lord. This body belongs to You Lord God. We cancel and come against all the demon's schemes trying to destroy this temple. We claim that greater is You Lord that is in us than he that is in this world. Help all of them Lord to understand and fully be familiar of all the lessons and proper food combinations. Grant them wisdom Lord and allow them to focus on each of their WHYs.
