Description

If TVP is your only protein source, you may use up to 3/4 cup per serving.  Each 1/4 cup has 12g of protein.  Otherwise, you combine a portion with other proteins or use as a condiment.  TVP® (Textured Vegetable Protein) or TSP (Textured Soy Protein)  is made from reduced-fat soy beans and is used to replace or extend ground meats. It is also added to casseroles to add extra flavor and nutrition. 

This is an excellent substitution for ground meats.  Very low in calories with no fat and high in fiber.  This product is considered a category 1 and 2 together.

This product will help and boost your efficient fat burning.  Plus with no cholesterol and high fiber content, TVP is excellent for your long term health
