Ingredients
- 1 1/2 - 2 lbs of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 cup MCT oil
- 2 TBS lemon zest
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (Frank's buffalo sauce)
- 1 TBS ghee butter or zero calorie butter spray
- Prepare Time: 15 min
- Cook Time: 5 min
