- 1/2 head of cabbage, cut into 1/2" wedges
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 small onion, sliced
- garlic powder, to taste
- zero calorie butter spray
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 4 ice cubes
