- 1lb of 96% lean ground beef
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 jalapeno -seeded and chopped
- 1/2 white onion chopped coarsely
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 bunch of collard greens sliced into 1 inch strips
- 15 grape tomatoes - quartered
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp of MCT oil or pam
- Prepare Time: 5 min
- Cook Time: 20 min
