• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 can FF chicken broth
• 1 can rotel tomatoes
• 1 jar salsa verde (any brand)
• 1 lb chicken breast, cooked & shredded
• 1/2 tsp dried oregano
• 1/2 tsp ground coriander
• 1/4 tsp ground cumin
• 2 cans white beans
• 2 cloves garlic
• salt and pepper, to taste
