When I started in Apri,l I was border line type 2 diabetic and as of two weeks ago, not even close!!
My triglycerides were through the roof and cholesterol was too high to calculate. That is why I decided to start Shibboleth. Went to doctor a week ago, and all labs were back to normal. I have also lost weight so that is definitely a plus!!!
No more blood pressure meds!! At the time of starting Shibboleth, I was being told in addition to the existing bp meds, I also needed cholesterol meds. Ok, today was my check up. I quit all my meds month and a half ago. I've lost 75 pounds. The doctor check my blood work and I am officially off all my meds by doctors orders and have reversed my full blown diabetes by diet only "SIBBOLETH".
NSV - Dr took me off my insulin a month ago and my blood sugars are better than ever because of Shibboleth. I love this program and I love not having to take 4 shots a day anymore. I never thought this would happen. I'm one happy lady. Thank you God and Shibboleth.
Down 42.8 pounds!!!! NSV also, yesterday our church had a yard sale, bake sale and chili sale. I sat at the baked goods tent and watched one person after another eat cake pops, cookies and brownies and never ate a crumb. Also, went to a Ga- Tenn game party where there was tons of food. I took a veggie tray and my own food and didn't feel deprived at all. Yes, I could have had a holiday yesterday, but I was fine staying on the planet. I love this lifestyle.
HUGE NSV. Since joining Shibboleth and eating right, I totally feel like it has controlled my hormonal acne. I used to have all along my jawline! It was the painful cystic acne! Now look at this skin.
NSV: Donated all 2xl shirts (was 3x when starting, only XL from here (I’m 6’2”). Oh and the scale says I’m down 86 lbs. WORK the process. Decide this is your new norm. Not a temporary fix, but how you live from here on out. Then winning is easy.
NSV for the 1st time in about 35 years, I weigh LESS than my husband!! #Blessed be the name of the Lord.
