It's not just comfort foods and weekend treats tempting folks! It's also the allure of quitting. Quitting gives you immediate pleasure, just like the instant gratification from over indulging in food. Yet, comes with lasting emotional pain. If you want to lose weight you don't have to give up all of your favorite foods. However, You will have to scratch from your vocabulary the words "I Quit." Overcome the urge to quit. Test your own faith. Find out if you really do believe what you say that you believe. Let's see if you really believe the stuff you tell your kids and grandkids about not quitting. Well done is better than well said. Stop quitting.

The thing you think you can't do is the very thing that you need to go and do. I just finished up my 90th hour on the mats. Yes, I journal everything. After 90 hours I've learned humility and I've learned there's a lot I haven't learned. Enjoying having my arse handed to me. I'm a sick man but a happy man.

Gods plans for you are greater than your own plans for yourself. I never imagined doing the first grocery tour, let alone planning for grocery tours all over the world. We never thought that our day would include conferencing with multiple languages, learning new languages, learning about the macro nutrient profiles of foods from all over the world for our members living in those countries, etc. I never imagined work keeping me up until 1 am and having me spring from bed excited at 430 am.
