Day 15 of the 21 day challenge. Ready to just be on regular Shibboleth, but of course, I’ll finish the 21 day challenge. Then I’ll still be doing the summer slim down until we leave for IL for the wedding.

I ate before I went to the networking lunch, before I went to afternoon networking, and before heading to Shibboleth meeting.

I was happy to being more variety today because #teamtravis won the slim down challenge.

Day 14 of my first 21 day challenge.

Down another.5 pounds. Slowly but surely I’m losing. If I were more “regular,” I think I would weigh less. If I planned out my foods and had more real food than MMs, I think I would be more “regular” and lose more weight. I need to work on that.

Church this morning, lunch, and Avengers End Game today. Then I need to make some food plans for the week.

UPDATE: Grilled chicken for lunch with nothing else. I was a little annoyed that I didn't have any other options today, but it is important to me to keep the challenges perfect. I have to tell myself that challenges are not regular Shibboleth. The challenges have helped me with self-control.

Avengers End Game was sold out so we spent the day by the pool. I had 0 calorie Bragg's ACV limeade as my treat, drank my water, and walked around the pool.

As of this update, I have picked foods from the lists that I like and can have to comply with both challenges. I still have not gone to the grocery store and don't want to.

Day 13 of my first 21 day challenge but also doing summer slim down. Had to do a holiday on summer slim down (one holiday a week is allowed) but not on 21 day challenge. I needed something to go with that dry toast and FF cheese isn’t on the slim down this week but it is on the 21 day.

Jackson’s pool party is today. Please, Lord, keep the rain away. UPDATE: It was pretty and the boys swam for a while. Then it started raining so we had lunch. Then it dried up for a while. The boys went back out to swim. Then it started raining again. They came in for cookie cake and ice cream and open presents. I had a double chocolate might muffin for lunch which felt like I was eating something yummy, too. After the party, Tim and I went to the All Roof Solutions tent at the West Cobb Fun Fest. I had a maple pumpkin mighty muffin before we left for that. Sidenote: I do like this picture of me better than the one that was taken at our tent at the Big Shanty festival on April 13. I've lost 12 pounds since April 13.

I still haven’t gotten better at planning and going to the grocery store. I really need to work on that. For example, I will have to go to the store this morning to buy food before I can eat breakfast. That’s never good.

UPDATE: It's the end of the day, and I still don't have food for tomorrow or next week not a plan. I think this is why I eat so many MMs. They are yummy, keep me full, and are quick and easy.

Day 12 of my first 21 day challenge. Also doing summer slimdown. The summer slimdown food list is much smaller.

We are eating dinner out for Jackson's birthday again tonight, but there are things on the food list I can have at the restaurant so I will be able to eat with them if I decide to. UPDATE: I ate chicken with the toppings scraped off and broccoli. I took my ACV with me to enjoy.

I am going to my first Paulding Cobb Bartow Connect meeting this morning and will be flying a town home after that. UPDATE: Has chicken cooked in MCT oil for lunch.

Day 11 of my first 21 day challenge.

Today is Jackson’s 16th birthday. So proud of him.

WCBA PRG this morning and ABA luncheon at noon. I’ll eat before I go. UPDATE: I wasn’t hungry before I left because I had to go early for an ABA ambassador picture. After I finished greeting, I walked over to the buffet to see what they had. They had a plain chopped chicken so I ate that. It was delicious!

Jackson wants to go to Longhorn for his birthday tomorrow to celebrate his birthday and completing EOCs. I’ll choose wisely. UPDATE: We ended up going to Chili’s tonight since Julia moved home from college. I ate MM before we went and drank 8 oz. of my ACV drink. They ate. I did not. Self-control baby!

Julia is moving home from college today. I am excited. Please, Lord, help it go well.

Day 10 of my first 21 day challenge.
Last night I IMFed for 16 hours.

DPWN luncheon today. I never like what is served there so no problem not eating there.

AWANA tonight at church. I will eat before I go and IMF until morning.

Need to get my walking in.

Day 9 of my first 21 day challenge but it’s also the summer slim down challenge, too. I must be careful to only eat what is on the summer slim down food list.

I have a luncheon at Copeland’s today so I registered telling them I would be there but not eating there. I’ll eat before I go. The answer to the question I always get will be, “I can’t because I’ve got goals.”

I didn’t really want to have two mighty muffins today because I don’t think they allow me to be as regular as I should be, but I needed to eat before Copeland’s and just had to make a quick MM. At least I like the way they taste. Now a privy enjoying a MM.

I have a Braves game with Natasha tonight. I’ll eat before I go.

Toady is day 8 of my first 21 day challenge. I lost 4.5 pounds from my weigh in last Monday to today. I have also started the Summer Slimdown challenge, too. It is a more restrictive list than the 21 day challenge. I have found that I need to be careful with what is allowed on the Summer Slimdown and the combinations that are allowed.

I am headed to the Cartersville center for a meeting tonight.

Day 7 of my first 21 day challenge. Going to church then Gibbs Gardens.

I’m really enjoying my egg white and fat free chz omelette. I don’t think I need to add salt. It seems extra salty, and I’m thinking that fat free cheese may have a salty taste. I do really enjoy it cooked in the MCT oil.

For lunch, Tim wanted to go to the Burger Bus in Ballground, Georgia before we got to Gibbs Gardens. We got up there and the whole city of Ballground was having a power problem. In fact, we couldn’t even drive through town because of what was going on. Tim decided to look up the barbecue restaurant that our friends had told us about in Jasper. We went there for lunch. Instead of being picky and not being happy with what I ordered and feeling like I had paid for something that I wasn’t getting my moneys worth on, I decided to eat a Quest bar for lunch. This was the first time I had eaten a meal out with my husband since I started the program. It really wasn’t too bad eating something that I brought with me, but his french fries sure did look good.

By the time we got home from Gibbs Gardens, I was ready to eat. Tim made 96% lean hamburger patties. I had a slice of fat-free Borden cheese on mine with steamed green beans. I also enjoyed an apple cider vinegar limeade. I was excited to see that it was a 0 cal drink. The Apple cider vinegar Concorde grape and açai has 20 cal per serving so 40 for the whole bottle. I’m going to check into why that is.

Even though I ate a little later today than I like to when doing intermittent fasting, it will still work out for a 13 hour fast.

Tomorrow starts the first week of the summer slim down challenge. I’m doing it in combination with the 21 day challenge. I’m thinking I will not have a holiday until I go to the Gordon’s daughter’s wedding in Illinois.

Day 6 I have 21 day challenge. I’m glad to be eating different food and Maddie muffin. I did make a mighty muffin and something else to take with me today since I am going to the Cartersville store and the grocery store tour after. It will still be an IMF day.

I need to figure out how if I can eat Beanitos with hummus by itself or if I have to add a 1+2 with it.

The grocery store tour was great. By the time I got home from the grocery store tour, it was way after lunchtime, but I wasn’t completely starving. I did eat my lunch and enjoyed it. Then I went to the soul to soul dance recital at church. I had a spark water for dinner. I’m now going to bed and was a little hungry earlier, but it’s not so bad.

I didn’t get in the full gallon I like to get in because I was so busy having fun today. Glad the program allows for a range to stay perfect. I still prefer to get in the gallon, but I’m thankful for a program that is sustainable and practical.

Picture is of Janette and me at Ingles having a grocery store tour by Joe. I really like Ingles. I need to change grocery stores.
