If you eat that burger and fries because you were afraid to miss out, I can promise you that what you are really missing out on is the abundant life that you could have if you will avoid it!
Please. Stop. Exhale. Focus on your goal. Re-center your mind on your goals and your faith.
You're killing yourself and I get to watch you do it on Facebook. Heart breaking.
You CAN DO IT! Come on!!!!! I have to stop stalking you all. My heart hurts when I see you post foods and recipes on your personal walls that go against your goals. Seeing your great uplifting posts here but the FOOD PORN and misery on your personal wall. I'm literally watching many people's SPIRITS battle their FLESH. Don't go against yourself. Get your mind off of poisonous foods and focus on what you can have and not on what you cannot have. Keep it between the lines. Look straight ahead and not to the right or to the left!
RETURN TO YOUR FIRST LOVE. LEAVE POISONOUS FOOD BEHIND. RETURN TO YOURSELF AND TO YOUR GOD.
You could have gotten a single instead of a triple. You could have avoided the fries. You could have used a lettuce wrap or your own bread for the bun and become lean and healthy. Now you are going to feel regret. More pain. More meds. More reflux. ETC. WHY? You are killing yourself and your spirit with your own spoon and fork. Senseless eating.
It's a HOLIDAY you tell me! WHAT? REALLY? You're having HOLIDAYS everyday. I watch you do it!
PS ~ Get the food porn off your personal wall if you want to lose weight. You're your own worst enemy. WHAT YOU FOCUS ON YOU BECOME. AS A PERSON THINKS IN THEIR HEART SO THEY ARE AND SO IT IS.

March 9, 2017 Meal Plans


2-6 ounces of Cod Fish
Prepared in Zero Drag 100% MCT Oil or other approved cooking product with or without 3 tbsp of Hemp Flakes. You may substitute Hemp Hearts instead of Hemp Flakes

The picture of the DINNER represents an accurate portion but does not represent a photo of the meal described. You may also substitute Coconut Oil, Ghee, Hemp Oil or a Zero Calorie Cooking Spray for the Zero Drag 100% MCT Oil.

You may have raw or steamed category two veggies if your cravings get the best of you. Ex. Boiled Cabbage. Try to void Snacks and Freebies. You declared war on your weakness.

WATER Drink 1/2 up to 1 gallon of water. Preferably alkaline water but alkaline water isnt necessary. Unsweet tea and other clean beverages can be used as well. They must be low to no calories.

Always follow your Physicians recommendations concerning supplementation. We are not Physicians and do not treat prescribe, or claim to cure any disease. This works for some but may not be appropriate for you. If you are a diabetic you should not do this without consulting your Physician. This is a FAST day. Fasting isnt appropriate for many people. We recommend Zero Drag Vitamins Plus or Plus Pro.

We recommend that you use a step counter like fit bit and aim for 10,000 steps every day.

March 6, 2017 Meal Plans


Breakfast
Special K Red Berries with Kroger Carb Master Milk , Fat Free Fair Life Milk, or Egg Whites International Liquid Egg Whites. 1 Cup of Cereal with 1/2 Cup of Milk. You may use Shibboleth approved sweeteners only. You may also use Shibboleth approved cereals that have a better weight loss meter than the Special K Red Berries for much better weight loss results.

Lunch
Tuna Salad on one slice of Shibboleth approved bread. Please use approved recipes and approved breads for best results. Remember, Shibboleth approved category 2 breads taste like bread but break down more like a green bean than a white bread. This will help you control the fat storage hormone. The whiter the bread the quicker you are dead.

Dinner
Tuna Salad with Bell Peppers. Use the same recipe as above. Sauté Bell Peppers in Zero Drag 100% MCT Oil and season with any of the many Shibboleth approved seasonings for taste.

Snacks
Shibboleth approved snacks are not recommended during challenges. If you are following this meal plan on a Shibboleth approved Perfect dayand are not trying to follow the challenge then you may use any Shibboleth approved snack.

Freebies
Shibboleth approved Freebies are not recommended during the challenge but are allowed.

Supplements
At a minimum Zero Drag Vitamins Plus or Zero Drag Vitamins Plus Pro should be used anytime you are restricting calories for weight loss. While supplements aren’t a requirement for weight loss while on the Shibboleth lifestyle, when used properly, they are an enhancement. If you are going to work this hard you should do all you can to help your body more efficiently rid itself of unwanted body fat.

Exercise
We recommend WALKING when you begin. Attempt to get in 10,000 steps each day. With the Shibboleth lifestyle you will be in EFB or efficient fat burning if you follow the Shibboleth Shield. This means that the energy it takes to do the extra walking will come from your fat reserves. After you make the Shibboleth lifestyle a habit, then walking a habit, then it is important to adopt more intense exercise as a habit. 80% of results come from nutrition. The other 20% of your results will come from exercise and nutrition.

London Broil is one of my favorite ingredients on Planet Shibboleth.  It's very very lean and one of the few red meats that is lean enough to have a category 3 vegetable with.  I either buy Top Round or get the Boar's Head London Broil from the deli.  
 
Try this recipe.  I think you will love it.  
 
Balsamic London Broil
 
Ingredients 
 
2 onions, thinly sliced
1 1/2 top round steak (London Broil)
3 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
1.5 tbsp mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp pepper
3 sprigs fresh rosemary
 
 
Place onions in a 4 quart slow cooker.  Top with steak, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard, garlic, pepper and rosemary.  Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or until steak is tender. 
 
Remember right portions and right combinations though.  In the picture we have London Broil, Carrots and Cauliflower Mash.  This should be between 2-6 ounces of London Broil, 1/4 up to 1/2 cup of cauliflower mash and 1/4 cup of carrots.  This is a perfect 1+2+3 and a great fat burning meal.  Very healthy and I hope you will enjoy. 
 
Make your stand.  Eat for the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.  
 
Get lean in 2016 so you can remain lean in 17.

After my text message this morning many subscribers replied asking for more details about my hemp flake island plan. BTW, if you would like to subscribe text MAYDAY to 31996. I do this often as a type of fast. The Bible says make no provision for the flesh. When you weaken fleshly appetites your spirit grows stronger. This means the fruit of the SPIRIT will abound more in your life. Love, Joy, Peace, Self Discipline, Faith and more. I always drop weight easily when doing this 3 or more days. So here are some quick details.
I choose one of the following as a meal. 2 Organic Eggs, 2-6 Ounces Wild Caught Fish, or 1 3 Ounce Can of Tuna in Water, 2-6 Ounces Grilled, or Organic Canned Chicken, 2-6 Ounces Pork Tender Loin, 1/2 Cup of Scrambled Egg Whites, 2 Cups of Salad Greens with 3 TBSP of Hemp Flakes; Use Light Italian, WF Calorie Free or MCT Catalina, 1/2 up to 1 cup Pintos and/or Black Beans, 1 Package AHS Fettuccine or Mac and Cheese I prepare these in water, PAM, or Zero Drag MCT Oil
(Only one of the above.  Not two of the above.  The idea is to have one source of protein only with the hemp flakes as a meal)
 I season appropriately according to my taste I add 1-3 TBSP of Hemp Flakes. Raw or cook with the meat. Ex. I add the Hemp Flakes to my fish as I pan sear it in Zero Drag MCT Oil. I eat nothing else for that meal pretending that I am on an Island and that these items are all that are available to me. I eat 2 meals and intermittent fast between the 2 meals. If I feel extremely hungry with a lot of time remaining before bed time I have a third meal. I drink 1 gallon of water. I take a Zero Drag Weight Loss Stack and supplement according to my goals. Approved Tea, Coffee, and Ocean Spray Diet with Bragg's ACV is allowed. You are on an island so this is all thats allowed and you do this consecutive days as many as you feel led too. I make sure I take Zero Drag Vitamins Plus Pro at a minimum along with my Juice Plus. While the ZD weight loss stacks aren't necessary the nutritional support from a vitamin is. In my experience this yields the following rough results. 3 days - Up to 10 pounds 7 days - Up to 15 pounds 30 days - Up to 30 pounds. Check with your Physician before doing this. Its right for me but may not be right for you. By having the hemp flakes added to the lean protein sources you are getting in all of your macros. In my opinion, it's healthy but mentally can get you if you aren't excited and don't keep your eyes on the prize. Hemp Hearts can be substituted. If substituting then you should use 1-2 tbsp instead of 1-3 tbsp. The Hemp Flakes will work slightly better for your purpose with this. Hope this helps. Make sure you journal. I've been working on my vessel for many years. The work nor the journey is even close to complete. Time to set sail yet again. Leaps of faith, forgiveness, and love fuel the work. I'm reminded of movie lines from one of my favorite movies........
