Please pray that I can stay focused and finish losing the 25 lbs I have left. I want to reach a 75lb weight loss and I need to do this for me and get off medication. I had a cardiac stent last year and it changed my life. I am exercising and want to reach this goal to get off medications and stay healthy. Started the program vacillating between 222-225 with a few pounds off before I came. I want to be 145 and healthy. While I don't binge on junk anymore, I still tend to binge on program foods when I am stressed. Pray I can finally get rid of the binging and seek God first. Thanks for praying.

my health is at a crossroads, A1C is over 8, my kidneys are being affected, fatty liver, 130 pounds overweight, thyroid issues; doc wants to put me on insulin in 6 weeks if my A1C doesn't fall below 8 by restarting this SHIBBOLETH lifestyle. I saw it work before but I fell off. Pray for me, my husband's health is similiar and so is our 13 year old son's. We need a Miracle, and a miracle of truly being consistent and following the plan! in Jesus Name! Grateful for your prayers! God Bless, thank you!
You can do this. One time my A1C was 10, fatty liver, diabetes etc. Now I have a A1C below 7, less meds and 55 down. We can do this and we will get better.

My niece turned 18 un November. She has been raised in church since she was a week old. She quit church when she turned 18. She has been cutting herself and very depressed. She is looking for something, but just doesn't realize God is the answer. She is fixing to go off to college in August. We are all praying as a family that God will save her before she goes off to college so she can be a Godly influence instead of someone influencing her. Please pray for Nathalie.
