I’m praying for each of you, if you think about it please remember my husband and I. Evertime I start to lose weight and tone up and start feeling good about myself and feel good health wise he starts saying little snippy things that I know he really doesn’t mean... his idea of a fit woman is different than my thought. It doesn’t take much for me to get discouraged and quit living in the same house as him, I’d rather quit than fight. I know God can intervene and close his mouth like he did the lions for Daniel ... love y’all stay positive and keep striving to be your best ❤️

Everyone hit potholes when they began, too! Keep it up and you will get there. It took me about 3 weeks of studying before the plan was not so confusing! You've found the plan that WILL work! Best of luck!

Pray for me that I can truly understand this program and stick to it. My health depends on it. I have lots of back and joint pain. Also, I do not like vegetables and this is a major downfall for me. Pray that I can turn this around. Thank you.

I don't like chicken but over the years of doing this program I found I can tolerate it sometimes to see results and I can find other meats that work. Keep on keeping on and you will find the right things for you to eat.
