Please pray I find the strength to stick with this program. My health depends on it. Type 2 diabetes and no energy. I am a single mom with a 12 year old son who needs me. My self worth and esteem is rock bottom. All I want to do is cry. I want to be a part of this and a success and find myself. Learn to love who I am instead of stressing out over food and feeling bad. Please pray for me. All I do is work to the point I really don't have many friends in my life any longer. I guess they got tired of hearing about my job or me saying "no" when they asked me to do something with them..or both. I feel the devil is consuming me right now. I need the strength to take time for myself and for once and for all get this weight off! I have failed so many times that I don't feel I can beat this or get out of this dark place. Pray that God will put this devil under my feet and that I will have the strength to say "no" and to do this for myself and take time for myself! thank you. It is hard for me to ask for help but I truly need it! Thanks again!

Thanks so all my prayer partners. I have started losing weight regularly again. I also went to the doctor today and got very good results. God is so GOOD!

I seem to be stuck at 19.5 pounds lost. I'm trying to be very careful to eat the right foods in the right combinations and the right amounts and should be in fat burning mode but nothing's coming off. I am determined to persist so just pray I don't fail myself or my Lord. I will be, I am victorious through Christ.
