Thank you all for your prayers. I began this week with a renewed motivation.Prayers are going out for all requests I have read this morning. May the Lord be with you and hold your hand.

Everything will get better as time passes, you have to be strong. I am in a weak spot as well but I know that this program if you watch videos..travis will motivate and help spiritually , physically , and mentally.
