I recently lost my Father who had Dementia. The stress and emotions I'm having is driving me to eat more than I ever have. I feel like I can't get a hold of my self control. I signed up for the extreme challenge for After Thanksgiving until Christmas. I know I can do this diet but have list control. Also I signed up after the webinar at 6p.m. and I can't find it to watch. Please pray for me and my family. We are having a hard time with seeing out Mom so sad during the Holidays.
