I need prayers. I have been struggling with my weight for years. I’m on blood pressure and cholesterol medicine. I joined Shibboleth about three weeks ago and I’m not doing very well. I’m finding it very hard to stay on track. I’m praying for discipline and guidance.

Don’t think it’s just you. We all find it hard to keep on track and can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. But keep your goal in your head as you’re going along. Remind yourself why you’re doing this big effort every time. You’re not alone in this. Keep up.
You got this! Just keep on keeping on and remember your WHY and your desire for better health results must be stronger than your excuses.
keep it simple, don't give up I found when I started I may not have had perfect days cause I had to wean myself from the bad things, but everyday I was eating healthier than the previous day and the weight was coming off, you'll get there.
You can do this! Don't give up. Take it one day at a time. You are stronger than you think you are you :)
