After so many diets through the years, I started praying to find a program that works and the willpower and motivation I need to succeed. Then, I was introduced to Shibboleth. I started my journey just 2 days ago, and so far I'm doing great. I am asking for prayers that I will succeed this time and become healthy again. Thank you all so much.

The best thing I did was watch all the daily doses and take the phase 1 test. I also went through each catagory and click click on the heart of everything I liked. Once you do this, when you go to your journal and click on favorite foods. They will show up but catagory and the number they have on the weight loss meter. I would keep it simple at first and stick to 1&2 or 4&2. Coach mode my help too. Hope this helps.
If you can make it to the classes that helps a bunch! Hang in there don't get discouraged it is confusing but eventually it will all come together!
You are doing great if you are sticking with 1s and 2s! When I started 9 months ago, the recipes were a lifesaver for me. The simplest way to use the website for recipes (for me, anyway) was to go to the Resources, Recipes and Videos tab, click on it, then click Approved Recipe Library. Type a one-word topic in the search box. For instance, “chili.” All the chili recipes will come up, and you can pick the ones you want to try. In my experience, the simpler your search topic, the better your results. You can type in “buffalo,” and every buffalo chicken recipe or any recipe with buffalo in the title will come up. I printed out the recipes and put them in a binder, but there is also the heart you can click on to add the recipe to your favorites. Your favorites list can be found in the journal. The whole website is so confusing , so right now I'm just sticking to what I can understand, which is basically a category 1 and category 2,but it's working great. I had half gallon of water yesterday, and even more today. I'm not hungry at all, so I didn't even have lunch yesterday or today. I'm just at a loss for recipes to try new things. Feeling a little overwhelmed when I get on the site. Any help you or anyone can offer me will be greatly appreciated.
