Thank you for the prayers. Today was hard b/c I went on a road trip to my sister’s. It was a long day and I brought along my meal but my time spans were too long. I will prepare better. Good news, in 4 days, I lost 4 pounds. Praise God!

Father, we all know our road will be filled with pot holes but let this sister understand that you are the power we all need to finish the course as we run this race. Give her overcoming power and victory as we move together in Jesus' name!
