I am asking for prayer because I need it to lose weight. I have tried losing in the past but with plans that were difficult to maintain for the long haul. I am happy and hopeful to start but I have fears of failure in this area of my life due to past experience. Please pray for me.

Precious Father, I know just what this sister is going through but help her understand that this program will give her all the help she needs to meet and exceed the goals she has for a healthy body and the restoration of Your temple. Fear is a liar and I command fear to leave her and help her to feel instead the love of God that overcomes fear.
Praying for you! God is about to make a way for you and take you places you never imagined. Don’t give up. Please stay encouraged and keep moving forward! I know you can do it!
