My family needs prayer. My brother is 35 years old and suffers from depression and alcoholism. It dates back 15 years, but the last 5 have been awful, with suicide attempts, multiple rehab,Dui, etc. He was clean for awhile, but the cycle has started again...and just when he finally find a job after being out of work. He still lives with my parents and the situation is so bad and damaging. Right now prayer is the only thing I know to do. Then you f or being there to pray!

Hi! I find myself in that very situation last year with my husband. Indeed, prayer is the ONLY thing we can rely on. Do not lose hope. It is not easy but I tell you, it will be worth it. Seeing my husband serving the Lord now would always break me in tears. I believe and declare that the God who rescued my husband will do the same with your brother. It shall come to pass and that test would become a testimony, that trial would become a triumph. Jesus is above drugs and alcohol. It is HIS great pleasure to embrace all HIS children specially those who needed HIM most. Count me in to be your prayer partner all the way in this situation and in due time, we will shout in victory. In Jesus name, amen!
