Please pray for me - the diet devil had a hold on me for the last week. I won't be able to make my goal this month but I am determined to do better! I know Shibboleth works and I need to find the strength to stay on track. I know I can do this!

I have gained 4 lbs since we have been in quarantine. I am determined to start back losing today! It's tough sometimes, but we can do it. I have lost 40 lbs. on Shibboleth.
