This sounds silly, but I've always had issues with my weight. I've dieted had an eating disorder been diagnosed with depression etc. and I thought this plan would be great for me! I keep messing up and every time I do it feels like I've already lost and/or failed. Pray for me to have strength to succeed!!

You are not alone. So long as we learn from our mistakes they are worth making. There is no failure, only feedback. You get feedback about what does not work so you know not to do that again or to try something different next time. It takes time to learn this program because you are getting a real education in nutrition. Be patient with yourself and keep doing the "right" thing more often than you do the "wrong" thing. So long as you are making progress, however small, you are closer to your goal than you will be if you choose to stop doing the program due to fear of failure. You are worth the time, effort, and dedication it takes to live this lifestyle. Please do not give up on yourself and your success.
Thank you all for the kind words! I need this kind of support if I am going to be truly successful and you all have been wonderful! I'm blessed to have such kind people looking out for me.

i feel this way , sometimes ,you are not alone
Don't call it "silly". Who we perceive ourselves to be is what we will become. I too suffer from depression. What is so great about Shibboleth is the fact it is forgiving, just like our heavenly Father. We mess up, we say, "I'm sorry" and turn from our mistakes and with God's help seek to do better the next day. Don't judge what is in the past. Leave it there. Everyday is a new slate. Write on it. If you are a self-sabotager (like I have been) then maybe call for a MayDay and ask for help. Travis and his team are truly concerned for each of us. They want to see us succeed. I have almost 150 pounds to lose one bite at a time. Remove temptations from the house, look at your triggers, evaluate what you could do differently to help you alone. I can't be close to the kitchen at night. I have had to declare more days holidays at about 11 PM at night. You can do this. We are praying for you.
Thank you for the support!!
I can totally relate. I am learning that if I mess up, I have to forgive myself and move on. Don't beat yourself up over a mistake, just try to do better the next meal or day.
