please pray for me i have wanted to start this program, i know that i've got to change my way of eating, but my will power is ZERO!!!!!! It's hard to change your way of eating for the past 53 yrs but for my health i need to. I have sleep apnea and take high blood pressure medicine i would love to not sleep with a cpap and come off of the high blood pressure medicine, this is the most i have weighed all my life, and it seems to keep going higher and i have to take thyroid medicine, pray that God will give me the will power to do this.

Lord, we uphold to You this brother Lord who is starting this new lifestyle. I pray Lord for willpower and courage that he will get make thru this. I pray Lord God that You would cancel all the lies of the enemy in his life. Be in complete control in all area of his life Lord God. Thank you Lord for everything that You would do in him Lord. This all we ask in Jesus' name, amen.
