I would like to request prayer for my son and myself. We joined in Dec as Christmas presents but have yet to get started with the program. My son is 27 years old and has cerebral palsy since birth. He has endured several surgeries and is now faced with hip reconstruction. As an over weight Mama, I have been so overwhelmed with guilt because I know this program could help us so much and I don't understand why my will power is so low!! I am a firm believer that prayer changes things yet I'm not convinced the Lord will help me lose weight as long as I sit on my "do nothing". Please pray I will be motivated and we can help each other as the Lord helps us!!

Lord, i pray for this mom and her son right here for willpower and courage to start this new and healthy lifestyle. Set them free from the lies of the enemies Lord. I pray Lord that You would deliver them from the works of the enemy because greater is You who is in them than he that is in the world. I pray Lord God that You would use their lives as a testimony and that it would bless many. Thank you for what You are going to do in and through them Lord. This all I ask in Jesus' name, Amen.
This program is the best program I have ever done and it is really very easy to follow. It helps me to know that I have the website to journal on and just knowing that I am not the only person that is following this plan, automatically helps me stick to my Perfect days because I kind of look at it like a challenge. I don't want to fall short of my goal and the only way I have been able to lose weight in the past is if I know I am not the only person doing it. The Shibboleth family and your mentor will help you more than you will ever know. I pray that you can get started because the Lord will help you lose weight, but only if you help yourself. You and your son deserve it!
