I am struggling with some health and chronic pain issues. I really need to lose weight for my pain hopefully to decrease, and of course my health might improve some too. Took the quizzes this evening, and realized yet again, I will never be able to be as active as I need to be again in this life time... but I have to do all I can to maximize what I can do. I am concerned that I might be in the beginning of pneumonia again.. I am not sure that my body can take bout of this again already .. thank you for your prayers

Lord Jesus, I am lifting you up this sister here who is struggling some health and chronic pain issues. We recognize Lord that You are our greatest physician and You are the God our healer. We humbly ask forgiveness for in any way we had been abusing our body. We speak against all that sickness in her body right now in Jesus' name. We command you all to lose that body right now in the mighty name of Jesus! You have no control over that body right now in Jesus' name! Go back to the pit where you rightfully belong! Take control on that body right now Lord and we pray that You would help her in doing this new lifestyle. Help her make it through healthy choices Lord. In You Lord, we are more than a conqueror. There is freedom and joy in You Lord. Thank you for the victory and we bring You all the glory and praises in Jesus' name, amen.
