I need a big shot of motivation. Why? I joined last August 2016 and then a few days later had knee replacement surgery. So I never really got involved in Shibboleth. The first of this year I decided I could do this and started back and lost 4 lbs the first week! Excited. THEN Satan got hold of the other side of my body and I have been in great agony and unable to attend the meetings the last couple of weeks. Having to sit on the heating pad and unable to prepare proper meals for myself and being bored I cannot stay away from sweets. Please pray that I will get my head back on straight where my diet is concerned and also God will deliver me from this terrible pain. Thank you and God bless each of you. I CAN do this with God's help!

Almighty Father God in heaven, our source of everything, we thank You for the gift of life. Thank you for this day and for all the blessings You've given us. Lord, we humbly come before Your throne as we lift our dear friend here who is struggling getting through the program. We pray that You would get her head back on straight again. Give her strength Lord Jesus to get through. Allow her to stand victorious over any temptations. We also want to command that pain in her body right now to leave in Jesus' name. All these Lord we pray with thanksgiving in our hearts through Jesus' mighty name, amen.
