Description

There are several ways to use this product. 

You can combine 1 scoop of UMP with 1 serving of any of the following (BioCoffee, CocoRinga, or Healthwise Hot Chocolate) as a -3 WLM meal. 

You could also have 1 scoop of UMP as a 0 WLM snack or up to 2 scoops as a -3 WLM meal replacement. It is preferred that you mix protein shakes with water since it does not add calories. However, you can replace a portion of the water with EWI or a category 1 milk if you prefer, so long as total calories does not exceed 300 for a meal and 200 for a snack. 

NOTES FROM THE BEVERLY SOLUTION CLASS:

  • One to two scoops of Beverly UMP can be used as an approved meal replacement any time. 
  • One scoop of Beverly UMP can be used as an approved snack. 
  • Beverly UMP can also be an excellent pre and post workout drink when lifting weights and or body building but exercise is not required in order to enjoy most of the product's superior benefits.

 

However, the best way to use Beverly UMP is in the 3-Day Challenge as outlined below:

 

  • Eat only three meals in a 24 hour period. 
  • Breakfast/Lunch 
  • Meal one and two should be one of the following combinations of products.
  • 1 Scoop of Beverly UMP mixed with water, Kroger Carbmaster Milk, Fat Free Fairlife milk or Egg Whites International. 
  • 1 Scoop of Beverly UMP with 1 serving of Bio-Coffee
  • 1 Scoop of Beverly UMP with 1 serving of CocoRinga 
  • 1 Scoop of Beverly UMP with Healthwise Hot Chocolate

 

Your last meal should be a portion controlled meal from the red or yellow column of the Food Combination Charts.
