Description
Can be used in the following ways:
- 1 packet alone = 1/2 snack or extra with 0 WLM
- 1 packet with up to 15 calories creamer, or with up to 50 calories of Premier Protein RTD, Oh Yeah RTD, Beverly UMP or other protein powder with less than 5g carbs, or high protein hot chocolate = 1/2 snack (RTD or powder must be 5g carbs or less) with 0 WLM
- 1 packet alone, with 50 - 100 calories of Premier Protein RTD, Oh Yeah RTD, Beverly UMP or other protein powder with less than 5g carbs, or high protein hot chocolate = 1 full snack with +1 WLM or meal with -3 WLM
- 1 packet with more than 100 calories of Premier Protein RTD, Oh Yeah RTD, Beverly UMP or other protein powder with less than 5g carbs, or high protein hot chocolate = meal with -3 WLM
- 2 packets = 1 full snack with 0 WLM
- up to 3 packets alone or up to 2 packets with 1 packet Bio Coffee = meal with -3 WLM
