-1 WLM as a category 3 or +1 WLM as a snack.
These are one of my favorites. I love to sneak them into the theater and have with a diet or zero calorie beverage while watching the movie. These are always in my survival kit for those moments when I get the salty, crunchy cravings. 1 Package can be used as a snack or you may use 1/2 to 1 package as a category 3.
You could have these chips with any category 1 or 7 as a Perfect Pairing, -2 on WLM.
You could have these chips with half of an approved sandwich as a Perfect Pairing meal, -2 on WLM .
You could have the entire sandwich and chips in maintenance.
