Description

In phase 1, you may have 1 slice of any brand Ezekiel bread as a category 3 combined properly with a category 1+2 or 7+2.

In phase 2, you may use 1 slice of any brand Ezekiel bread as a category 2+3 or category 3 bread.  Must be combined properly with a category 1, 1+2, 7, or 7+2. You may also use 2 slices for a sandwich if you'd like but it preferred that you only use 1 slice. 

Diabetics can use 1 slice as a freebie anytime. This is a Phase 4 bread. For diabetics, one slice of this is great for a diabetic to slowly elevate your blood sugar without calling the fat bus. For diabetics you could count this as a category 2 bread but for everyone else it’s a category 3.
