Description

When drinking caffeinated coffee, be sure to drink extra water to offset the caffeine. To add flavor, you may add:

  • up to 15 calories creamer (look for creamers that are 15 calories per serving or you could use up to 15 calories of other creamers or milks)
  • less than 50 calories of high protein hot chocolate or protein powder (any RTDs and protein powders that have no more than 5g carbs will work). DO NOT EXCEED MORE THAN 3 SERVINGS PER DAY IF USING UP TO 50 CALORIES OF APPROVED RTD OR PROTEIN POWDERS.  ANY OVER 3 WILL COUNT AS A SNACK OR MEAL.
  • if you use more than 50 calories of any of high protein hot chocolate or protein shakes (they still must have no more than 5g carbs), it will count as a snack or meal.
