Description
You may have 1 packet mixed with water as an 0 WLM extra, 1-2 packets mixed with water as a 0 WLM snack or add 1 packet to fat free plain Greek yogurt as a -3 WLM meal.
**Note - When you are adding extras to your day, it's best to start watching calories. Ideal weight x 8 calories per day in weight loss mode. Extras don't affect insulin much but can start upping your calories for the day, especially if you are having a snack in addition to your extra.
