This bread is really a category 3. However we realize that our gluten free members don’t have as much variety as those members who don’t live a gluten free lifestyle. Therefore, we feel this gluten free bread product is on the line enough that we can allow as a category 2 bread. Note: if you do not have to have gluten free breads then please choose another bread option from the list. There are better weight loss options. These breads are only for our gluten free members.
