Any salsa will work as long as it follows the condiment rule: no more than 5g sugar and no more than 2g fat.  You can use up to 50 calories as a condiment (remember you are allowed up to 50 calories totals in condiments per meal) or 1/4 cup as an extra when using it as a dip for category 2 veggies.  If you have 1/4 cup of salsa with beanitos or other approved snack chips, the salsa would count as your extra and the chips would count as your snack.
