Tuna is a good source of proteins and Omega -3's and 6's. Just pay attention to if this is packed in water or oil and always remember your portions and combinations.
You can have anywhere between 2 and up to 8 ounce of protein per meal. 2 is the minimum, 8 is the maximum, and ideally 4-6 ounces.
