Description

It is always best to choose meats and eggs that are organic, free roaming, grass fed, hormone free, etc when eating clean for Phase 4

Chop up and mix with lo cal mayonnaise, basil, and lavender for a unique take on egg salad.

Whole eggs are a category IV, so remember your combinations.  

As long as you eat your foods in proper combination and portion, you will not blow it.  

Some items are definitely better than others for fat burning.
